Board of Trustees

SPTRFA BuildingThe Board of Trustees administers SPTRFA. The board consists of ten members, composed of nine elected trustees and one ex-officio member from the St. Paul Public Schools School Board. The Board members belong to several committees.

Board members are elected each January at the Annual Meeting of the Members. Each Board member serves a term of three years. Members interested in running for a position on the Board of Trustees must file for the election by the second Friday of each November. Contact SPTRFA for filing details.

The Board typically meets once a month during the school year, and occasionally over the summer. Meetings are open to the membership. A schedule of upcoming meetings is available on our events webpage.

Committees

The SPTRFA Board of Trustees has several committees to take care of daily business of the Board. The committee meetings are not open to the public, but concerns can be addressed to the committee members.
