St. Paul Public Schools & Saint Paul CollegeAll licensed staff employed by the St. Paul Public Schools should be members of SPTRFA. Employees of the Saint Paul College had the option of electing to be members of SPTRFA in October 1995. Any employees who elected not to be members of SPTRFA and all new employees since that time are not members of SPTRFA. Due to the size and complexity of the memberships from the St. Paul Public Schools and the Saint Paul College, SPTRFA requests that anybody with employer-related questions for these employers directly contact SPTRFA. |
