- Basic Plan members are those hired by the St. Paul Public Schools prior to July 1, 1978, with no breaks in service and those who did not elect to join the Coordinated Plan in 1978.
- Coordinated Plan Information
- Coordinated Plan members are those members who have benefits from both Social Security and SPTRFA. These members include all members hired after June 30, 1978, as well as those hired prior to that date who elected to join the Coordinated Plan.
